Why Homeowners Choose Luitjens Exteriors
Family-Owned with Over 15 Years of Experience
We're not a national franchise or a fly-by-night operation—we're a local, family-owned business with deep roots in the St. Louis area and over 15 years of hands-on experience in exterior restoration and remodeling. When you hire Luitjens Exteriors, you're working with people who take personal pride in every project and have a genuine stake in the quality of our work.
Storm Damage & Insurance Claim Specialists
Navigating a storm damage insurance claim is stressful enough without trying to manage contractors and adjusters at the same time. Luitjens Exteriors works directly with your insurance company and adjuster on your behalf—handling the paperwork, maximizing your coverage, and ensuring you get the compensation needed to fully restore your home. We've helped hundreds of St. Louis homeowners through this process and know exactly how to document and present damage to achieve the best possible outcome.
Transparent Pricing — No Surprises
We provide clear, written estimates before any work begins. Once your contract is signed, your price won't change—no unexpected costs, no hidden fees. That commitment to transparency is one of the things that keeps our customers coming back and recommending us to their neighbors.
Multiple Services Under One Roof
Many of our customers come to us needing more than one service—a new roof and gutters after storm damage, or new windows and siding for a full exterior refresh. Because we handle all of these services in-house, you work with one contractor, one point of contact, and one consistent standard of quality across every aspect of the project. That coordination saves time, reduces stress, and delivers a more cohesive finished result.
